Due to recently completed expansion programme, we require services of proven and tested individuals to fill the following positions:

Job Title:

Responsibilities

-Define overall strategic objectives of the business, preparing yearly financial budgets and business plans;

-Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit;

-Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall corporate objectives.

Requirements

-Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in sales with a special exposure to the banks and other financial institutions;

-High commercial acumen and track record of dealing with key decision makers in the banking industry;

-Superior presentation and excellent oral written communication skills.
